- New menus daily – easy to digest and low in calories

- Pure and energising foods: skilful preparation of vegetables, grains, pulses, salads, raw foods, snacks and yogic desserts
- Taking into consideration typical allergies or food intolerances

Daily schedule:
12:30 – 3:000 pm Cooking workshop
4:30 – 5:30 pm Lecture on nutrition
The rest of the day follows the yoga vacation daily schedule.
Language:
Course activities taught in German will be simultaneously translated into English with a wireless translation system.

Accommodation will be in the Sivananda Guesthouse, just 5 minutes walking distance from the Retreat House. The Sivananda Guesthouse offers a contemplative atmosphere, garden, sun deck and meditation room. Shared shower and toilet facilities are located on each floor. Several Bed and Breakfast accomodations are also available nearby.
